EOCWD recognized for "Clean-Fleet" vehicles

East Orange County Water District’s Reyna Ayala was featured in Government Fleet magazine in a recent issue on how even small agencies can find ways to operate in a more energy efficient way, without spending hundreds of thousands of ratepayer dollars.
